Where You Might Go From Here
The ReNew Clarity Session is the beginning, not the end. Based on what we discover, your next step will typically be one of the following:
Integrative Health Consultation ($600) - A 1–1.5 hour deep-dive assessment using muscle testing to evaluate how full your glass is, what's filling it, which organs, glands, and body systems are affected, and how much of your symptoms are rooted in physical toxicity, lifestyle factors, or emotional and spiritual work. This is where your personalized healing roadmap is built.
A ReNew Program - If it's clear that you're ready to move into a structured healing container, we'll identify the right program for where you are: ReNew Foundations, ReNew Reset, ReNew Cleanse, ReNew You, or ReNew Complete.
Muscle Testing Simplified - For women who want to develop their own capacity to listen to their body, this course teaches you the foundational skill I use in every assessment.
You've been carrying your health story for a long time. You've seen doctors, tried programs, read the books. But somewhere between "everything looks normal" and how you actually feel, something isn't adding up.
The ReNew Clarity Session is where we sit down together, just you and me, and figure out what that is.
In 45–60 minutes, I'll review your complete health history and intake forms, listen to your story without rushing you, and give you a clear, honest assessment of what I think is going on and what your best next step looks like. No guessing. No protocols before we know where you stand. Just clarity.
What Happens in Your Session
This is a focused 45–60 minute virtual consultation. Before we meet, you'll complete intake forms so we can make the most of our time together. During the session, we'll cover:
Your Health History
We'll go through your current symptoms, what you've already tried, what's helped, and what hasn't. I want to understand the full picture - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual - not just the surface symptoms.
My Clinical Assessment
Based on everything you share and your intake forms, I'll give you my honest assessment of what I believe is happening in your body and why. This is not a diagnosis. It is a root-cause perspective from someone who has spent years helping women untangle exactly this kind of complexity.
Your Recommended Next Step
You'll leave with a clear, personalized recommendation for where to go from here. That might mean a deeper assessment, a specific program, or starting with lifestyle foundations. Whatever is most aligned with where you are right now.

Q: How is this different from the Integrative Health Consultation?
The ReNew Clarity Session is a 45–60 minute review of your story and intake forms, with a clinical assessment and recommended next step. It doesn't include muscle testing. The Integrative Health Consultation ($600) is a 1–1.5 hour deep-body assessment using muscle testing to evaluate your glass, your body's priorities, and build your full personalized roadmap. Many people start here and move to the IHC; others go straight to the IHC if they're ready.
Q: Do I need to book the Clarity Session before the Integrative Health Consultation?
No. If you've already watched the introductory video, you understand the approach, and you feel ready to dive into a full assessment, you can book the Integrative Health Consultation directly. The Clarity Session is for those who want to understand what's going on and get expert guidance on where to start before committing to a deeper appointment or program.
Q: Is this done virtually?
Yes. All sessions are conducted via Zoom video call, so you can join from anywhere.
Q: Will I get a protocol or supplement plan?
No. This session is focused on assessment and your recommended next step. Specific protocols and supplement guidance happen within the Integrative Health Consultation and ReNew Programs.
Q: What if I decide not to move forward after the session?
That's completely fine. You'll leave with clarity about what's going on in your body and what the right next step looks like. What you do with that is entirely up to you.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
No. All services are private pay.
