November’s Full Moon intention - TBD

Take advantage of the energy during a Full Moon to do a Mind Body Spirit Release (MBSR) - Deep Dive session; clearing anything holding us back from this Intention. I find so many commonalities in my clients MBSR sessions. We can come together to do a clearing as a group, saving you money and allowing more people to enjoy the benefits of MBSR with the energy of the Full Moon.

We will come together as a group on a video appointment for the research and clearing. Individual homework will be sent to each participant following the session. New Clients must be present for the whole session. Current Clients do not have to be present on the video to participate; however, we will not review notes at a later.

Group clearings will be set around a specific intention for the month, with each month being different and set prior, based on the highest and best good for that month.
