Talk about an easy appetizer or side… these prosciutto wrapped asparagus spears are amazing! The saltiness of the prosciutto with the fresh and crispiness of the asparagus make the perfect combination. Even those that turn their nose to asparagus can’t stop at one of these!

Go ahead and give them a try. Can you stop at one?

Elena XOXO

Note: While I originally made these as a side dish to get my kids to actually eat some asparagus, I realized these would be the perfect appetizer at any party. Easy to make, they take no time at all to make and they are easy finger food for your guest to eat!
